تروي أو طروادة هي مدينة من العصر البرونزي،كانت النقطة المحورية لحرب طروادة الأسطورية في الأساطير اليونانية القديمة. الصراع الذي استمر لمدة عقد من الزمن. وصلت الحرب إلى نهايتها عندما ترك اليونانيون، الذين تظاهروا بالانسحاب، وضعوا حصانًا خشبيًا ضخمًا على أبواب طروادة. تلا ذلك نقاشات حادة داخل المدينة حول ما إذا كان يجب إحضار الحصان الغامض. تحت جنح الليل، كشف الحصان الخشبي عن غرضه الحقيقي مع ظهور الجنود اليونانيين المختبئين داخله. اغتنموا الفرصة من داخل أسوار المدينة، دبر اليونانيون سقوط طروادة، وبلغت ذروتها بانتصارهم في الحرب الطويلة.إلى الداخل، مما أدى في النهاية إلى دخوله.

Troy, a city from the Bronze Age, became the focal point of the legendary Trojan War in ancient Greek mythology, a conflict that endured for a decade. The war reached its conclusion when the Greeks, feigning retreat, left a colossal wooden horse at the gates of Troy. Intense debates within the city ensued regarding whether to bring the enigmatic horse inside, ultimately resulting in its entry. Under the cover of night, the wooden horse revealed its true purpose as Greek soldiers emerged. Seizing the opportunity from within the city walls, the Greeks orchestrated the downfall of Troy, culminating in their victory in the prolonged war.
